You can upsize, so long as you remember what you can't upsize ;-)=20

Even that's debatable - often it can be too much hassle for them at least
for base units, since the network installation tends to used clone images,
so anything "different" can become a lot of hassle...

Try going into IIS, right click on the website and then reset the
permissions and select the ones you want, not let it inherit them.
