I once had to create an Access front-end for a French written database. It was very, very hard. Especially since the french guy used abbreviations for french words and all of the field names and table...

Yeh the client jumped the gun on me, they gave me the brief and I designed the website, told them not to buy any space till the site was designs as they ignored my wishes and bought web space thinking...
