alcohol is so easy to measure, being a high-quantity drug / poison
(need a lot of it before it does anything). Something like LSD, where
you talk in micrograms, or milligrams to send you loopy for 8 hours,
is so very much harder to test for yet just as dangerous.

And cannabis is even harder, since the tests can come out positive
even weeks later. Plus there's the issue of huge variations of
tolerance, often not related to bodyweight like alcohol can be.

tricky, very tricky...
