(Apologies for posting this again, albeit in a slightly different form this
time)

Anyone got any experience with products such as lsoft's ListServ or
http://www.dynaportal.com/software/emaillistmanagement.cfm
http://www.lyris.com/products/listhosting/feature_comparison.html

I'm looking for recommendations for application service providers that can
cope with sending 100,000 mails per campaign (probably weekly)
