never used this software.. but it does give you a clue..

looks in :
*/web/_t/_a/_g/tagconsultants.com/public/www/demo/store/includes/languag
es/french.php

and compare it to the other files in the same dir.. maybe german.php ?

compare line 12 and see what the difference is..
