bought some of those a while back but I've been using them
as ordinary CD's. Apparently all you need to do is overburn.

Drag the little red bar in nero upto 800mb or you may need
to go into the options somewhere, I don't use it so I'm not
100% were you alter it. But I do know it works. ;-)
