haha.. i couldn't say for sure!! actually, i do believe the totty
on there is worldwide in nature - if you go to the little 'location'
thingummy you select where from :-D

but the overall score is based on averages, over how many scores 1-10
someone gets rated... my buddy in SF goes on there and just gives all
the blokes scores of '1' in the hope that he can boost his own rating
haha
