RE: FN-FORUM: RSI: got it, now how do I get rid of it?

Went through the same only 2 months ago... you *have* to change hands, change seat hieght, change keyboard angle
Short term, the care centre over the road applied jelly to my hand / wrist and bandaged it tight, cant tell what was in the jelly
but it was very cold
It worked for me, and now I can sit at a LH or RH terminal and use a mouse, I now alternate between RH and LH
