First get your chair at the right height, your feet should be flat on the
ground, no crossing your legs. Your legs should be at a straight out from
your seat and your back should be straight. Part of the problem with laptops
is that the angle of your neck is wrong, the tope of your head should be
level with the top of the screen - impossible in this set-up.
I had a support from Boots recommended by someone here ages ago which helped
and Ibuprofen gel is marvellous as is Tiger Balm. You must keep your arm and
shoulder moving regularly
