FN-FORUM: Content Management Systems?

I'm currently looking at Plone (plone.org) for content management, but
the documentation is a bit thin and weedy. Is anyone using a CMS which
works preferably under PHP, has a documented template-management system
and is generally easy to use? Open Source is preferred, as is ability to
run under Linux.

The problem with so many of them is they don't make things significantly
easier for the developer/admin, maybe not much better for the users
either. I'm keen to offer CMS to clients but want something which is
professional and *easy*.
