hey neelesh,
i had a similar problem - but this was after 12 hours continuos playing=20=
Diablo *hehe
it seems really the best remedy is to just take regular breaks - i have=20=
a mousemat now that has a foam support for my wrist which really helps=20=
out
i hear you can get a triangular kind of stand for laptops that tilts=20
the back (and keyboard) by about 15=BA... i never tried it out, but it=20=
is meant to help loads, as generally laptop keyboards are horizontal,=20
unlike their desktop counterparts
i am in the process of building the dream laptop workbench... it=20
involves one of these chairs here:

(i really like the panasonic zero-g lounger!)
and a little table attachment that will place the laptop just above my=20=
knees - add in a drinks holder and i'm all set!! :-p
