I'm one of those 7-8 am until late. As for time monitoring software, I use
work time tracker (www.allnetic.com) and find it very handy. It can track
different jobs/hours/days etc.

In Fireworks 3 I remember some really nice clip art and navigation
samples on the CD but I don't think I got anything with MX. For

It is very hard to place oneself in a profession with mixed messages
about what is possible for what money.
I personally charge £15-£20 pounds an hour for HTML design work or a
fixed fee for a site...
