Some "you either know it or you don't" scenes that I love:

* Dazed & Confused - Scene where the boys enter the pool hall in slow
motion to the soundtrack of Hurricane by Bob Dylan.

* Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind - The family scenes just after
Richard D gets sunburned by a UFO.

* Three Kings - "Do you know what a bullet wound does to you?" scene.

* MASH - The last supper scene.

* Withnail & I - "We'll install a f*cking jukebox in here" scene.

* Boogie Nights - The rise to success scenes when Dirk Digler is disco
dancing... Lol.
