Fresh coriander leaf, tomato, very thinly sliced onion, lightly toasted
cumin seeds and a mixture of fresh lemon and lime juice. Pretty simple
but VERY effective. Probs a Madhur Jaffrey recipe from her first book -
it has become a staple of mine with any Indian type dish...
