not a direct response to your request - but related - i have been wondering
if there is some way of making an internet connection behave as if it is a
56k modem or whatever...
i know that my web authoring software can give me statistics on how fast a
page will load in certain browsers - but wouldn't it be better if we could
somehow limit the stream to 56 or 128 or whatever for testing purposes?
thoughts anyone??
