A friend of ours has decamped to Southern Spain, he can see the Atlas
mountains of N Africa from his living room. I've just had to put a new
headlamp bulb in the car and nearly froze my b****x off in 5 mins flat.
Never mind the petty bureaucracy, I sometimes wonder why we don't all
bugger off in the winter??
