The Habitat site is dreadful, slow, text too small for over 40s like me (who
probably are in their target market), difficult to work out what's where -
it killed IE completely.

I want to take a multiple page form, pass the results to a PDF file
which automatically gets emailed to two people (the person who filed the
form and my email address)...
