Unfortunately, conversely (and the internet proves this) there are a
small number of really incredibly dumb people, so probably there's less
than 50% of people who are dumber than average :-)

It's a spoof.
BoE went on the News last night to say it's a pile of porkies.
It's been a busy week - my wife and I both received messages purporting to
be from eBay requesting user IDs and passwords...
