For such a small volume, if you have a PC and Microsoft Office, I would
suggest using the Mail Merge Wizard in Word, which allows you to merge =
an
email message in Word format directly with an Outlook database. You can
specify whether you want to send in Plain Text, HTML or Rich Text, and =
all
the messages will be personally addressed to each recipient. It's a =
piece of
cake to do.

Otherwise, Groupmail is very good too.
