Lindsey,

Not had any experience of them, but looking at their site they are
plugging free domains with hosting. Can't you infer that their site
requires special server side functionality that only the most expensive
package with Namesco offers.

i.e. the cheapest package does not offer PHP/ASP etc.

The extra for the next package might make your offer worthwhile! ;-)

Other line is that from their about us, they only have 13 staff, can
this be used as ammo!

Can't you also plug the added value you offer by giving a personal
service to the client!

Alternatively, let them move then charge then a service fee for
maintaining their site on 3rd party servers.
