FN-FORUM: Mac Latin 1 characters

All,

I am trying to enter upper and lowercase THORN and ETH characters
(decimal codes 208, 222, 240 and 254) into a database via a web form.

Does anyone know what the keystrokes are for these?

I have tried Key Caps and Googling etc. but without success.

TIA for any help.
