RE: FN-FORUM: 0845 number providers

I have two 0870 numbers, although they are useful some people believe they are
premium rate numbers! 0845 have been established a while longer and are pretty
well known as local rate.

I'd still go for the 0870 number over the 0845 number unless you are expecting
to convert a high % of incomings into sales, in which case case go for the 0800
number ;)
