FN-FORUM: Javascript Coding - a little job for someone?

Good evening,

I am looking for a small(?) bit of Javascript modification to htmlArea
from http://www.interactivetools.com/
The system only needs to run on IE.

Specifically:
1) I would like to parameterise the editor function to hide or show
the Add HyperLinks & Add Picture buttons
2) I would like to be able to pass in a server path so only the picture name
needs to be entered instead of full URI
3) Preferably picture specification box should optionally lose other refinements - alt tag etc
( if possible, but not sure if this bit is done with an API call?)

4) Best solution, but don't konw of it is possible,
is for the Add Picture function to pop up a modal window
in which I can run my own php picture upload/processing function, and then
return the name to HTMLarea and hence show it, or browse for it afterwards.

I am ideally looking for a javascript whizz on this forum with whose name I am familiar.
(PHP knowledge may help too, but not necessary.)
