Re[2]: FN-FORUM: PC World vs Dell - recommendations?

Second vote for Dell, when I was permie I supported a couple of
hundred of Optiplex machines, and they were reliable, easy to maintain
yourself, and the business support was very good (even when we were
moving office and 'someone' dropped a £4k server right on the RAID
card).
I've avoided PC World for many years, and never dealt with their
business side of things, but i've had the joiner in for the last two
weeks, and he keeps banging on about how he had to almost beat a PC
World manager over the head to get a replacement machine after many
hours of useless phone support.
