FN-FORUM: PHP, Popups and parameter passing...

I'm sure this is easy as the last, but I'll ask anyway for recommendations


I'm working on a closed application and want to have pop-up windows to
show extra details if reqd. (like the address that goes with a name)

My plan is to have a single PHP file that displays different data
according to what gets passed by the link, it'll query the database when
called.

I'm looking for simple pop-up script (javascript?) that lets me pop a new
window and pass some variables to the url.

anyone got any great ones they use a lot?

If I re-use the window, how do I get the PHP to run again - is that
automatic? - brain like treacle today....
