Paul's comment just about sums it up. If you're still speccing it I'd
really advise against using dhtml over flash...it's just too much grief
IMHO. Look at what Jaguar have done...

They browser sniff, and if MAC they ditch the dhtml menus. Loads over extra
work / testing for little benefit. Can you layout the site differently?
