Just looking at the URL's presented in links I wouldn't say that this is
site is powered by any CMS system. Anyway what do you find so fantastic
about the use of css in this site ?

As I'm new on this list, one more question to most of you, it seems that
there is some obsession that the sites should work perfectly well with
browsers like Opera ? Is there a financialy justified reason to do so ?
