The council workers won't know an apostrophe from an aardvark, so I wouldn't
worry (I used to work for housing). The standard of literacy was scary.

and thanks to e-government I have now emailed my housing manager a letter
demanding bins, and making veiled threats to do with saftey and health
hazards, should shut her up anyway!
