Apparently Adobe Illustrator installs these:
MinionPro-Bold.otf
MinionPro-BoldIt.otf
MinionPro-It.otf
MinionPro-Regular.otf
MinionPro-Semibold.otf
MinionPro-SemiboldIt.otf
MinionStd-Black.otf
