FN-FORUM: Email server setup

Can some kind soul with an email server please set up an email address
which simply deletes/ignores all incoming mail? I want an address to
which I can redirect junk mail from existing mail boxes, since I cannot
seem to get the Fasthosts mail server I currently use to automatically
delete mail, but it can redirect.
