FN-FORUM: Limit bandwith??

Hi,

Need to run some tests for a client - it appears to be a bandwith issue -
and need a way to replicate.

Are there any easy ways to throttle my available bandwith? I'm thinking some
sort of proxy software running locally on my pc..

Any hints or ideas greatly appreciated....
