this post is two part.

First of all, is top-sites really a scam as featured on http://www.dynamoo.com/diary/topsites_topsitez_us_part_4.htm


If so, does anyone know of any good dynamic web translation services?

I have a database site i want to be multilingual, so some server component or .js would be brilliant!
