Although I'm not on the platform I believe that it's relatively easy,
there's an OSX package manager called Fink which will probably do all
the hard work for you. http://fink.sf.net

Of course it's possible that some kind Mac soul has bundled them all
together and written a nice how-to... Google?

You'll still need to learn how to edit and configure Apache and
understand how to work with MySQL but once you've got it all installed
that's just a matter of time :)
