You're either talking machine translation which as I'm sure many others
on this list will tell you also sucks bigtime, or proper, expensive,
human translation. Machine translation is ok for very simple phrases
and getting the jist of something but it's a long, long way from being
good enough to use in a general fashion. That said there are many
companies like Systran (babelfish) who sell software to do machine
translation. Better to stick to the proper translation IMHO.
