So you want a developer to come and write a site for you and only get
half of 'any' payments. What are you doing for your half? Will the
developer own half of the company? (and no, the fact the idea might be

If you need a professional, then your going to have to offer a
professional amount of hard cash. Of course if your happy with the
desperate wannabe bedroom coder still living with his folks.

Shit hot coders are expensive, you get what you pay for and all that.
Anyone with any experience will have better things to do with their
'free' time.

Do you have a business plan (with figures), have you done any research,
do you have finances in place to support yourself between now and
profitability. How will the site be marketed, how will that be paid for,
how do you plan to compete with existing book sellers, ad
nauseum........

Or is the fag packet idea you just posted it?

That said, your inbox will now be stuffed to the gills with people
offering to do the work, even though they have no idea what it entails,
how long it will take, or what (if any) cash they will earn by doing it.
So what do I know...
