Why not upgrade your mobile phone? I have an Orange Samsung E700 ( spec:-
http://www.fonetasticmobiles.com/samsung_e700.html )and have been impressed
with the resulting .jpg images which you can e-mail to yourself from the
phone or download via Infrared. Not excellent quality and is not a
substitute for a 4 megapixel camera but good for quick snaps when you
haven't got your camera with you.
