FN-FORUM: Aargh, help please

I've been working on an Italian version of one of my websites and can't get
the Order page to behave. The table that makes the page is supposed to be
set at 89%, and the nav part of the table should be about 1/5th of the width
(about 2" at 1024x768, but it keeps going wider than the screen.

Can anyone please tell me how to get it to behave? I mean, even if I was to
put a gif into the left hand part of the table, it wouldn't stop the other
part from stretching...

Tried converting the widths to pixels - makes no difference.

won't work, as I haven't uploaded the pages yet.
