FN-FORUM: getting rid annoying virus

Hi - Can anyone tell me how I can get rid of a virus on my computer.
It has been detected on my anti-virus software as dropper.small
I moved it to my virus vault, but it is still brining up porn web sites
every so often when I try and use the internet.

Can anyone suggest how I can delete this virus once for all?!
