Slipstick again. Developers section. I'm not a developer, just an admin. But
common event sinks are readily available - I have the post2note one for
public folders somewhere. Some of the things you do in Outlook are actually
server-side (all mail-moving rules, for example). You could program them
directly I expect, but would need access permissions to the user's mailbox,
which you don't have by default.
