It's a trojan. Remove it from the system, don't quarantine it and get a
firewall. You don't mention your operating system. If it has system restore,
turn it off, clean virus, reboot, turn system restore back on again when the
machine is clean. Use adaware and spybot also.

Your AV vendor's site probably has instructions.
