Ah in that case you do need a commerical product. If you want just Linux
you could look at something like user mode linux (user-mode-linux.sf.net)
which is what we use for the virtual servers. You might be able to look at
something like UML + VMWARE workstation which might be cheaper.

IF you are physically in front on the box Workstation would be a better
choice IMHO
