Hello Gary

I know there's a load of value in reality horror stories about the clients
we all hate, is there any scope for balancing 'clients from hell' with a
small amount of 'clients we love so much we want to have their babies'?

Over the last few years, web designers have been portrayed as rip-off
merchants and whingers who hate their clients, it would be of good value to
those reading to find out what a good client is so that they can steer
theirs this way. It would go some way to bettering the image of us web
designers who are now left after the rip-off merchants have gone out of
business.
