The only list things are;
List-style-image : URL
List-style-position : inside / outside
List-style-type : disc / circle / square / decimal / lower-roman /
upper-roman / lower-alpha / upper-alpha / none
So I guess what you might have to do is to create your own list style
image and set the space in there.=20

thanks andy, that works great for the space *before* the bullet point.
but how do i reduce the space between the bulletpoint and the first
character of the item?
