Somebody on the forum sometime back mentioned the triangle of
Cost->Quality->Time & how they affect each other ie: you want it quick &
cheap it's going to cost. You want it quality & cheap it's going to take
time. You let the client chose how they want it by choosing two & then they
know how it affects the third...
Not explaining it well.. I'm sure somebody can come up with a better
explanation.
