A good idea is to have a section that is only related via tangent, for
example, I run an extras section where people can download wallpapers,

I might be wrong but this is my understanding....
If it wasn't registered in his name there's not a lot he can do. The
REDEMPTION PERIOD lasts for 30 days, then it goes into PENDINGDELETE status....
