Get MySQL Administrator FREE from the mysql site and use the backup option to back up your DB to a .sql file. You can then use the same app to restore it to a different mySQL DB. Easy!!! Regards...

Sounds like like the Sasser worm to me. I would recommend going to www.symantec.co.uk and download (from another machine) the removal tool and instructions. Also make sure that Windows is up to date....
