Much as I hate Javascript at times, I have to say I'd be more inclined
to say that a language that passed primitive types by reference rather
than by value (by default) would be more deserving of that epithet
(IMHO - but you can probably argue that until the cows come home).

However, any time I have to do any half-way serious Javascript here
the air is instantly blue, as I just don't do enough to remember all
the object models etc. so you have my sympathies.
