What are the IP addresses of the two PCs? Why is one of them looking at
10.0.0.2 for DNS? If that's a router, then having a PC with an IP Address of
192.168.0.1 is not going to work. They all need to be on the same subnet.
Post the results of ipconfig /all for both PCs.
If you re using DHCP from a router, make sure that both of them have XP sp1
or sp1a as there were problems with third party DHCP with XP Gold.
