I think its ok if the parents give written permission (e.g. a model release form) but there shouldn't be any names to match to the kids.

Why not build a flash MP3 player? You can link all the files to one
folder flash will load them in when the user clicks next. This will work
cross platform and browser if they have flash enabled.

The mailTo: function has been working since version 4 I think, so you should
have no probablem. as mentioned before you can interpret how the email will
be send to the client.

Mailto command only works if its running in external player or through
html, flash is a bit funny about opening up a mail client when you run
it through the test movie bit.
