Aside from the usual font issues doesn't Chinese (Mandarin)
read from right to left? Maybe the layout would have to be
different (or have Chinese sites opted for the western standard)

whenever I do video I charge by the day or half a day at the outside,
you will probably have to hire equipment in etc

server has either Flash MX server on it or if it can support media
streaming for flash.
